A leader in one of the first implementation groups for the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights, Tim manages project and assessment teams and focuses on advising clients on human rights issues, drafting global corporate policies, due diligence risk assessments and developing full-scale implementation plans for overseas operations.

A former United States diplomat, Tim began his consulting career at Assessments Group Indonesia, where he advised multinational companies operating in Indonesia in 1998 – a time of dramatic change – on using good community development strategies, government relations, risk assessment, and crisis communications.
