Gary was the first Director of Social Development with Newmont Mining Corporation, where he was instrumental in developing the company's global policies in the areas of human rights and community engagement.
Among his many assignments, he created, implemented and directed external relations programs as a line manager on a mega-project. He was also a corporate sponsor for groundbreaking Global Compact work on conflict and revenue transparency. His direct project experience gives him real-time, real-world expertise in helping clients meet their goals. Gary is a former journalist and a Canadian citizen.
