Neyza has wide experience working with extractive companies in designing and implementing community engagement programs based on the IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles. She is also highly adept in building strategic relationships and partnerships with institutional stakeholders. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from De La Salle University and a master's degree in business administration from Ateneo de Manila University. She speaks English and Tagalog.
