Angus leads desktop components of independent engineer assessments to determine conformance with IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles and EBRD Performance Requirements. Based on his familiarity with the standards, he led the development of an internal project assessment tool and user guide, PRIMATE, to guide large-scale mining projects seeking project financing.
Angus was a key member of an implant team helping an external relations team manage its efforts to determine the scope of compensation for a proposed development in Central America. He is a community planner and has community engagement and public consultation experience in Canada, India and Micronesia. Angus speaks Cantonese and English, and is a Canadian resident in Vancouver.
