Nilo has strong skills working with non-profit organizations in natural resource management and community-based development.
He became familiar with extractive companies while documenting on-site dialogues between community members and local stakeholders. He co-wrote the book “Mining Revisited: Can an Understanding of Different Perspectives Help?”. He currently resides in Manila, Philippines.
